Two projects in northeastern Brazil, both built on native species and run with the people who live there.
Blond Capuchin Monkey Project
In Mamanguape, Paraíba, we are restoring 88 hectares of Atlantic Forest with the state environment secretariat, AFINK and local Indigenous and Quilombola communities, to give the blond capuchin room to move and grow again.

Reforesting Santa Teresinha
Road paving in Santa Teresinha, Pernambuco, removed trees that had shaded the town for generations. We are replanting native species to bring back shade, cooler streets and room for birds and pollinators.
